TKM Group supports VDMA Campaign against Piracy The TKM group supports the worldwide VDMA campaign "Pro Original" by speaking for the indispensable need to protect original technologies and raising awareness for this fact in cooperation with the VDMA and its members. The motto of the campaign is "Choose the Original - Choose Success" and focuses on the advantages of the utilization of original technologies, such as: Quality, innovation, efficiency, experience and safety. The campaign aims at preventing violation of the copy rights, confirming existing customers in their buying behavior regarding original technologies and convincing new customers to do the same. The campaign concentrates on a completely positive message. The gist of its messages is communicated by special logos and mottos which are also used by IKS Klingelnberg in an appropriate way.

PRE-GROUND DOCTOR BLADES STABLE DOCTOR BLADES COMBINATION DOCTOR BLADES The print quality in rotogravure printing and flexoprinting will be considerably influenced by the doctor blades. In this area, we have allowed our 35 years of experience to guide us in our ongoing innovation. In direct dialogue with our customers we have developed the optimum doctor blades with high profitability and have achieved operational reliability and safety. FlexoTip FLEXOPRINTING places particular demands on doctor blades. For this printing process (chamber doctor blade system) we developed Flexo Tip. With an improved contact zone, Flexo Tip optimises the intake process as well as the life time. Via high stability in the work area, printing results will improve. Over and above this, Flexo Tip reduces ink deposits on the final doctor blades and, in so doing, minimises the downtime of your machines. RMB MegaPrint The MegaPrint-Doctor Blade is designed with an special hardened material coating containing ceramic particles so that a highly wearresistent surface in the tip area is obtained. This is ideally qualified for use with abrasive inks and minimises unwanted “pin lines” as well. It also results in high quality print even at intersections in the continuous tone areas.		FlexoTip INK KNIVES WASH UP BLADES RMB MeyerPrint Micro clean special spring steel. RMB OptiPrint Made of spring steel with 5 times the percentage of chrome compared with MeyerPrint, it has the advantage of up to 50% longer durability. RMB PowerPrint High-alloyed tool steel makes for optimum print quality with longer durability, even with abrasive inks. RMB NiroPrint Rust resistant steel grades. Used predominantly with water-based inks.
