    JAW BLADES FIXED AND MOVEABLE
    We consider jaw blades fixed and moveable, as well as tucker blades, to be single units. In this way, we make a process optimised solution available for our customers, each according to machine type and application. With a variety of steel grades and coating variations available, we have a broad spectrum of fold and counter blades as well as fold knives. Our applications engineers will gladly advise you on a solution.

    		   
    GUIDE BARS
    We are aware of the high requirements for adhering to dimensions and the continuity of Shore (Durometer) hardness of guide bars within the cost of manufacture and consequently convert them.
    Solely according to our customers’ requirements, we manufacture solutions optimised for abrasive wear with the appropriate protection from wear.
    		   
         


    GRIPPER / SUPPORT PLATES
    The importance of a gripper plate is often only realised if it presents a problem and products are lost or if indeed it breaks during use. For this reason, we exclusively select high value raw materials and, when printing the highest value products, place great emphasis on adherence to manufactured tolerances.


    		   


    We are open to our customers’ requirements and advise specifically according to each business application on the use of optimum gripper plates.
