REPAIRS
In addition to our jaw blades fixed and moveable, gripper plates, manufactured to this highest quality, are also available. Our customers can expect the same precision manufactured tolerance from repaired parts as from new ones and that’s a promise!


FINISH SERVICE
We offer various finish processes:

  • Standard Finish
  • New Wave-Finish
  • Hyper Hone-Finish


    • Optionally, we can design your length-cutting knife with a New Wave finish. This special

    		    finish lengthens the durability of the knife considerably and makes frequent regrinding possible.

    Optionally, our circular knives can be designed with a special polished finish on both sides (Hyper Hone-Finish). This makes for increased durability and less accumulation of dust.

    The advantages of the Hyper Hone Finishing method:
  • Optimum cross section
  • Up to 40% less dust
  • Up to four times durability versus a comparable conventional knife.
  • Chunking on the knife will be minimalised
